Introducing our latest completed Project VILLA ELENI.
With their greek heritage, our clients wanted to bring a luxurious, Modern Mediterranean feel to their Sydney Duplex residence. Cleverly designed by Resolut Architects the Duplex Homes are united, yet distinct. To achieve the Modern Mediterranean Style we used natural stones, bronzed metals, warm timbers and organic shapes & textures to achieve a home that embraces you with warmth, light and calmness. The calming feeling of the home transports you directly to holiday mode.

KITCHEN & BUTLERS
The kitchen is elegant, refined and functional and is elevated by the striking Mont Blanc marble in a modern reverse shark nose profile. Warm walnut joinery complements the polyurethane warm white cabinetry in Greek Villa, whilst glass Doors and a display case in the walkway to the butlers pantry add a touch of elegance.
MASTER ENSUITE
The exquisite Master Ensuite is its own sanctuary, with limestone flooring, warm walnut veneer joinery, brushed nickel tapware, stone bath and basin set against a stunning feature wall of Volakas Marble.
FIREPLACE & LIVING ROOM
One of our favourite parts of the home is the fireplace. With the magnificent Cambrian Black Leather stone by with warm veneer shelving in walnut tone and plaster finish. The fireplace Stone is replicated through to the outdoor BBQ bench top.
MAIN BATHROOM
The main bathroom is striking and elegant, with the use of warm, dark walnut tone joinery, dark tapware, large black basin, limestone flooring, textured feature wall tiles and statement Silver Casa Limestone bench top.
